The promotion recognizes Molly's contributions to the firm's Life Sciences practice and her continued success partnering with clients and candidates nationwide.
Molly began her recruiting career in 2022 and has built a strong foundation supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CDMO organizations across a wide range of technical and commercial functions. Prior to joining Hobson Associates, she gained experience in both candidate-side and full-desk recruiting roles, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the hiring process and the needs of both clients and candidates.
Today, Molly works alongside Alex Halstead and the rest of our Life Sciences recruiting team, helping innovative companies identify and attract top talent as they grow and scale their organizations.

Molly earned her B.S. in Animal Science from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She resides in Minnesota with her husband and enjoys caring for their retired horses and rescue animals.
