Congratulations are in order for Gerry Sorge and Meghann Grant who were promoted to Partnership on March 7th. Both were nominated for Partnership last October in recognition of their respective tenure, consistently high billing production, loyalty and overall commitment to Hobson Associates. As a testament to their unquestioned importance to the Hobson team, they were voted into full partnership with an unprecedented double unanimous vote.
Gerry Sorge joined Hobson Associates in 2004 after an extremely successful career in the contract staffing industry. He started as a recruiter and using his keen sense of overall business strategy, he built two contract firms and ran them successfully as the VP and General Manager. Currently, Gerry’s focus is working globally with clients across the Drug Discovery industry. He is retained to fill key roles at the VP Level and Director level within Business Development, Operations and Clinical Development.
Since joining the Hobson Team in 2006, Meghann Grant has achieved success after success. She was Rookie of the Year in 2007, earned Team Player recognition in 2008, received the esteemed “Jackie” Award in 2009 and by 2010 had exceeded $1 million in career billings in record time. Meghann specializes in placing Senior Management and Business Development professionals across the Drug Discovery and Development niche. Her client base includes CRO’s, CMC’s, central labs, research institutes and other companies that provide services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
