The Hobson Team gathered at the Golf Club of Avon to celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of 2010 and to Kick Off Fiscal 2011. The following people were recognized for Outstanding Achievement in 2010: Senior Partners, Beth Schneider and Vern Chanski, Partners Jeff Vernick, Larry Botelle and Bill Tomek, and Senior Associate, Gerry Sorge.
For the 4th time, Jeff Vernick took top honors as Associate of the Year, shattering his own previous personal billing record and setting a new company record. He was also recognized for producing the most billings from new clients. In addition Jeff earned a Partner Billing Bonus, Quarterly Goal Bonus and was recognized as Associate of the Month for September.
Beth Schneider was recognized for generating the most billings with new retained clients, filling a number of retained SVP and VP searches during the year. She also earned the Partner’s Billing Bonus and Quarterly Goal Bonus and was Associate of the Month for July as well as Associate of the Quarter.
New Partner, Larry Botelle, was recognized as the Associate of the Month for August and for hitting his quarterly goal. In addition, Larry was honored as the 2010 receipient of “The Jackie” Award. The Management Team presents this award annually to the staff member who most embodies the ideals of Hobson Associates. This award will be based on team spirit, attitude, effort, dedication, and loyalty.
Bill Tomek set a new personal record in billing for 2010. In addition to achieving his Yearly Goal, Bill was recognized for being over his Quarterly Goal.
The following team members were recognized for their Outstanding Efforts in New Business Development: Meghann Grant, Gerry Sorge, and Stacey Eldredge.
