On September 30th, The Hobson Associates team gathered at Hawk’s Landing Country Club for Kick Off 2012. There was much to celebrate as the team posted a record year of sales achievement for 2011. Along with the team achievement, significant individual accomplishments were recognized.
Partner, Jeff Vernick took top honors as Associate of the Year for the second year in a row. Jeff shattered his own personal best billings record, as well as the company best individual record which he set just last year, by $100,000. Ending the year on a high note, Jeff was also recognized as Associate of the Quarter and Associate for September.
Partner, Larry Botelle posted a record year in personal production and was recognized for Outstanding Achievement. Having just celebrated his 7thAnniversary as a member of the Hobson Team, Larry has established himself as one of our consistent top producers. In addition, three of Larry’s clients were recognized in the Hobson Top 10, one for the fourth year in a row, a true testament to Larry’s client centric approach.
Senior Partner, Beth Schneider was also recognized for Outstanding Achievement and for her significant efforts in new client development. Beth led the team this year with the most combined retained and contingent billings with new clients.
Senior Partner, Tim Flanagan posted a record year of personal billing production and was recognized for Outstanding Achievement for 2011 and for producing over goal in Q4. Additionally, one of Tim’s clients, with whom he has worked with throughout his 20+ years with Hobson, was the number one revenue producing account for 2011.
Partner, Bill Tomek was yet another team member who achieved a new personal best in billings production for 2011. Bill was honored for Outstanding Achievement and took top honors for developing the most new retained client business in 2011.
Senior Associate, Gerry Sorge, a consistent top performer, was recognized for Outstanding Achievement turning in his own personal best performance in 2011. Gerry also earned recognition as Associate for July and for finishing over goal for Q4.
Senior Associate, Stacey Eldredge, a member of the team for 12 years, continued the record setting trend by posting her personal best year and was recognized for Outstanding Achievement. Stacey also took top honors for the month of August and was over her goal in Q4.
Associate, Don Tinker, was recognized not only for his billings, garnering Outstanding Achievement for 2011, but was also this year’s recipient of the “Jackie” award. This special designation is awarded by Management each year to the team member who exhibits consistent team spirit, positive attitude, dedication and loyalty to the company.
Senior Researcher, Jennifer Kuper, one of the team’s most consistent performers, hitting goal in each quarter of 2011, was recognized for being over goal for Q4.
Barbara Wisausky, Director of Finance and Business was the recipient of the first ever Hobson Fitness Award for her commitment to better nutrition and a consistent exercise as the cornerstones of an overall health and wellness program.
