As the Education Simulation Lead Manager, you’ll oversee a lively, interactive simulation “town” where students make economic, consumer, and career decisions—learning about budgeting, working, saving, and giving back to their communities.

- Run daily simulations that teach financial literacy and career skills.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers and facilitators.
- Keep simulation software, storefronts, materials, and tech ready.
- Coordinate schedules with schools and the Education & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator.
- Collect feedback and improve programs to enhance student experiences.
- Serve as the on-site point person for organization's programs.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Associate Leads to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, experiential learning, or education management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for youth development, financial literacy, and hands-on learning.
- Comfortable problem-solving on the spot, adapting quickly, and working in a lively, student-focused environment.
- Flexible to work occasional evenings or special events.
