Senior Client Success Manager – Healthcare AI/RCM
Location: On-site, Plano, TX (Monday–Friday)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing healthcare technology company that’s making a real impact in medical coding and revenue cycle transformation. As they continue to scale, we’re adding a Senior Client Success Manager to help lead client relationships, drive solution adoption, and ensure long-term success with their AI-powered platform.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success efforts

• Run user workshops and gather feedback to shape product improvements

• Partner with internal teams to support adoption, troubleshoot issues, and deliver value

• Prepare and lead regular check-ins and reviews, with a focus on results and strategy

• Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion within existing client relationships

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in medical coding, client success, or healthcare RCM

• Strong grasp of provider-side revenue operations; CPC or CPB certification is a plus

• Comfortable managing multiple accounts, projects, and stakeholders

• Tech-savvy and excited to help clients get the most out of an evolving platform

Compensation:

• ~$150K total comp (includes performance-based incentive ~15%)
