- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (CT required)
- Experience in outpatient, ambulatory, med-surg, or specialty clinic settings preferred
- Strong triage and clinical judgment skills
- Comfort managing phone-based patient care and follow-up
- Ability to balance clinical care with administrative responsibilities
- Strong communication and EMR documentation skills
