About the Position:
As the Lead Product Developer, you will be responsible for managing the creation and enhancement of insurance products. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver top-tier insurance solutions to the market, while acting as the authority on product specifics for both internal teams and clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of expertise developing insurance products for P & C Specialty Lines, with a strong focus on product and underwriting knowledge.
- Deep understanding of Product Management & Product Development, including policy form design, product filings, and engagement with actuaries and reinsurers.
- Solid comprehension of all elements of underwriting execution for P & C Insurance products.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and influence peers.
- Knowledge of habitational or affordable housing market is a plus.
- CPCU, AIC, AIS, designations are a plus.
