- Provide end-user support via tickets, phone, remote, and in person
- Lead IT projects: hardware rollouts, software upgrades, system improvements
- Onboard new team members and support system migrations
- Configure and maintain workstations, meeting room tech, and office equipment
- Support Microsoft environments (AD & Entra ID, Azure, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ensure network and infrastructure performance
- Collaborate with global teams to integrate systems and support newly acquired offices
- 3–5 years IT support, service delivery, or project delivery experience
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft admin tools and Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, DHCP/DNS
