This is a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role—ideal for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with getting into the technical weeds.
What You’ll Tackle:
- Lead the roadmap for HR tech systems and ensure alignment with business goals
- Own data integrity, security, and compliance across platforms
- Design custom reports, dashboards, and lead analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Drive system integrations, automation, and process improvement
- Support payroll processing and reporting during critical cycles
- Act as the go-to for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization
What You Bring:
- 6–8 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a strong grasp of financial statements and comparison reports
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- HRIS or HRIP certification a plus
- Proven expertise in payroll, including at least 3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- 3–5 years of experience managing data analytics, with strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation
- 3–5 years of experience with business systems and technology platforms, particularly across HR, finance, and payroll
- Demonstrated success leading technical teams and managing complex system integrations and projects
- A systems-thinker with the ability to connect people, processes, and technology holistically
- Highly organized self-starter with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple local worksites as needed
- Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives
