We’re working with a forward-thinking healthcare organization that’s looking for a hands-on HR People Systems Manager to drive strategic systems alignment and elevate the employee experience. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role—ideal for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with getting into the technical weeds.

 What You’ll Tackle:
  • Lead the roadmap for HR tech systems and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Own data integrity, security, and compliance across platforms
  • Design custom reports, dashboards, and lead analytics to inform strategic decisions
  • Drive system integrations, automation, and process improvement
  • Support payroll processing and reporting during critical cycles
  • Act as the go-to for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization

What You Bring:
  • 6–8 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a strong grasp of financial statements and comparison reports
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • HRIS or HRIP certification a plus
  • Proven expertise in payroll, including at least 3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
  • 3–5 years of experience managing data analytics, with strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation
  • 3–5 years of experience with business systems and technology platforms, particularly across HR, finance, and payroll
  • Demonstrated success leading technical teams and managing complex system integrations and projects
  • A systems-thinker with the ability to connect people, processes, and technology holistically
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple local worksites as needed
