Looking to put your organizational skills to work in a busy HR department? Join a leading medical practice for a short-term project helping digitize employee records and streamline internal processes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare, scan, and upload employee files into the digital HR system
  • Ensure documents are accurately labeled, clear, and complete
  • Keep sensitive employee information confidential and secure
  • Track progress and flag missing or incomplete files
  • Support the HR team with other administrative projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Experience in HR, clerical work, or document management a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with computers and repetitive tasks
  • Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
