In this role, you will:
- Lead AR, collections, and agent commission processes
- Oversee cash flow, reconciliations, and liquidity
- Manage premium and surplus lines tax filings
- Support audits and regulatory reporting
- Mentor a small, high-performing team
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-7+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Compliance, Tax, and Audit
- Insurance industry experience is a plus
- Prior team management experience preferred
- CPA or similar credential highly desirable
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
