- Leading and expanding youth-focused educational programs
- Building partnerships with educators, volunteers, and community organizations
- Managing program delivery to ensure quality and consistency
- Driving data and administrative excellence to support organizational goals
What You'll Own
- Implementing and growing middle and high school specialty programs
- Building partnerships with educators, volunteers, and community organizations
- Managing program delivery to ensure quality and consistency
- Driving data and administrative excellence to support organizational goals
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in nonprofit programming and/or education with a track record of successful program implementation
- Strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders — from teachers to corporate partners
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and nonprofit databases (Raiser's Edge, BCRM, QGiv, or similar)
