As Director, you’ll be the go-to leader shaping educational programs and building strong external relationships.
You’ll:
- Drive strategy around partnerships, philanthropy, and community engagement.
- Manage volunteer programs and keep them energized.
- Oversee facilities budgets and leases, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinate site operations and keep teams working in sync.
- Step in as backup to the Operations Manager for facilities readiness.
- Partner with the Education & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to strengthen external ties.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Education, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management, educational programming, or community engagement.
- Proven success building external partnerships and leading volunteer/community initiatives.
- Experience overseeing budgets, facilities, or operational functions.
- A strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
