Customer Service Representative- Insurance

HOURS: Monday- Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Cutting-edge Insurance Company that was voted a “Best Place to Work” is in search of a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will service existing accounts and re-market clients within the portfolio of companies and driving up retention through cross-selling and upselling.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Connecticut Property & Casualty insurance license
• Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
• Strong proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Vertafore AMS360, EZ Lynx) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
