The Role
As a Contracts & Compliance Attorney or Paralegal, you'll play a key role in reviewing and managing contracts, supporting regulatory compliance, conducting legal research, and helping oversee third-party vendor relationships. You'll collaborate across departments to identify potential risks, ensure compliance with evolving regulations, and contribute to enterprise-wide legal initiatives.
This is a hybrid position with an initial in-office onboarding period before transitioning to a flexible remote schedule.
You're the One If You Have
• Experience as either an Attorney or Paralegal in contracts and compliance
• Strong contract review and negotiation experience (required)
• Background in insurance or financial services is highly preferred
• Experience with legal compliance, regulatory research, and vendor management
• Ability to identify legal, operational, and regulatory risks within contracts
• Bachelor's degree required (J.D. required for Attorney candidates)
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
