We’re seeking a Business Systems & Design Analyst to jump in and help our Branding & Marketing team keep things running smoothly—think Salesforce cleanup, Adobe InDesign magic, and tackling projects the team just doesn’t have time for.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, edit, and format proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in Adobe InDesign that look amazing and follow brand guidelines.
- Keep Salesforce data accurate, generate reports, and support workflows.
- Help the team with high-priority projects, from data collection to creative design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into insights and materials that drive business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred (students actively pursuing a degree also considered).
- Proficiency in Salesforce: data entry, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects without missing a beat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Remote, CT-based—work from home!
- Full-time contract (36-40 hrs./week)
