About the Role:
This is not your typical sales position. As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and qualifying leads, attending key industry events, and managing a pipeline from initial contact through proposal and close. You’ll work closely with internal teams—including underwriters and marketers—to deliver tailored solutions, particularly within the affordable housing sector.


What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience working with housing authorities, developers, or insurance agents is a plus
