Accounts Receivable Manager – Revenue Cycle

A rapidly expanding organization is hiring a Revenue Cycle AR Manager to oversee hospital AR operations, lead a remote team, and optimize collections, denials, and reimbursement processes. This fully remote position includes up to 25% travel and offers direct access to executive leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage AR functions including follow-up, collections, and denials
• Lead AR staff and performance initiatives
• Collaborate with billing/coding to resolve claim issues
• Analyze AR data and present reports to leadership
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, with strong hospital AR experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing, AR, denials, collections, reimbursement, Medicare, payer contracts, and healthcare claims.
• Experience with Cerner or Meditech EMR/EHR systems.
• Experience with SSI or Waystar billing/claims systems.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Revenue Codes, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Experience with revenue cycle process improvement.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
