Accounts Receivable Manager – Revenue Cycle

A rapidly expanding organization is hiring a Revenue Cycle AR Manager to oversee hospital AR operations, lead a remote team, and optimize collections, denials, and reimbursement processes. This fully remote position includes up to 25% travel and offers direct access to executive leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage AR functions including follow-up, collections, and denials
• Lead AR staff and performance initiatives
• Collaborate with billing/coding to resolve claim issues
• Analyze AR data and present reports to leadership
  Drive process improvements and ensure compliance

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 3–5 years in hospital revenue cycle; 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of RCM operations, payer rules, and hospital billing systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
• Expertise in Coding, Charge Capture, Revenue Integrity, and denials management
• Strong understanding of Medicare reimbursement and payor contract modeling
• Proficient in Revenue Codes, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Excellent communicator with clear, confident presentation skills
• Adaptable, solutions-driven, and thrives in fast-paced, remote settings
  Willingness to travel up to 25%
