With one of the world’s largest solid-state extrusion facilities for activated carbon filters, KX Technologies needed a hands-on Plant Manager who could take the reins on-site. Their Global VP of Operations had a heavy travel schedule and required someone he could trust to run the plant smoothly in his absence—a true boots-on-the-ground leader.
