OUR CLIENT'S NEED: After recent recognition as one of 2022's Inc. 5000 hot private companies and named a CRN Fast 150, the time was right for ADS to grow-if they could find the right people. The company was expanding its US sales teams and looking to build out a few geographies with new hires. These had to be highly specialized candidates who came with contacts and a track record in cyber security.
THEIR SEARCH CHALLENGES: Our client had been interviewing, but needed a candidate with a deep personal Rolodex of accounts and the ability to bring a sizable amount of business during the first year. They had been meeting good people, but missing that person who could bring in business. They were also focused on finding a bona fide “A” player.
