With a deep passion for talent acquisition, Janice brings a wealth of experience to her role. After spending the majority of her career in various Human Resources capacities, she transitioned to recruitment, allowing her to fully immerse herself in the field. Janice quickly fell in love with the intricacies of full-cycle recruiting and has never looked back.
Janice holds an Associate's degree from Marian Court College in Swampscott, MA, and is a certified Facilitator through DDA, adding valuable expertise to her skill set.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Janice is a proud parent of two, an avid runner and skier, and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Two delightful Calico cats share her home, bringing her joy and companionship.
