Ivan's recruiting journey began at Aerotek, where he honed his skills in the aviation sector. He then embarked on a successful venture at Astrix Technologies, diving into the world of life sciences and manufacturing. There, he thrived in recruiting for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication with a minor in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State University, Ivan is passionate about building connections and proudly serves on the Board of Advisors for the Tau Kappa Epsilon (Tau-Eta Chapter) Fraternity.
A native New Yorker and now a proud resident of Connecticut, Ivan's passion extends beyond his career. He's a loyal fan of the Giants, Yankees, Knicks, and UCONN Huskies. When not working, you'll find him sharpening his dodgeball skills in a recreational league.
