Bethany is a Senior Digital Health Recruiter with over 7 years of experience partnering with high-growth Healthcare Technology organizations that provide various forms of technologies (AI, patient engagement/experience, data intelligence, population health, SDOH, care collaboration, mental health care, etc.) to build their go-to-market teams. Specifically, she has placed Director level and above Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing and Product professionals.

Before venturing into Digital Health, Bethany gained diverse sales and marketing experience in real estate and entertainment. This background adds valuable perspective to her recruiting approach, contributing to her success in building high-performing teams.

A proud graduate of Gettysburg College, with a BA in Psychology, Bethany is a founding member of ‘The Colin Courageous Foundation’ focused on raising awareness and funds for children diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis. Additionally, she actively contributes as a fundraiser and co-chair of the 'Annual Raiders Classic Golf Outing' for the River Vale Junior Football Association.
