Beth Schneider is a respected search expert in several niche areas. Beth joined Hobson Associates in 1991 and has been the number-one producer seven out of the last 15 years. As one of the original partners, she is an active contributor to the development of the consulting team. She has created and implemented internal processes and best practices that have been instrumental in providing clarity and transparencies throughout the search process and have improved time to fill ratios. Prior to joining the Hobson team, Beth worked in New York City at Winston Personnel, where she experienced record-breaking success in the world of search. She held the position of President for the Connecticut Association of Personnel Services from 2003 to 2007 and was honored with The Life Time Achievement Award by The New England Association of Personnel Services.
