Beth Schneider is a respected search expert in several niche areas within Technology. Her practice specialties include consulting services, financial and healthcare solutions, social networking, digital media and cloud computing. She collaborates with her clients to identify, attract and onboard accomplished sales, marketing and practice management executives ranging from senior level individual contributors through Vice President and C-Level management. Focused on talent strategy, Beth is responsible for helping to drive significant revenues in private equity and venture-backed organizations as well as national and multinational corporations.

Always on the forefront of the market demands for talent, Beth recently launched our Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility practice. Beth joined Hobson Associates in 1991 and has been the number-one producer seven out of the last 15 years. As one of the original partners, she is an active contributor to the development of the consulting team. She has created and implemented internal processes and best practices that have been instrumental in providing clarity and transparencies throughout the search process and have improved time to fill ratios. Prior to joining the Hobson team, Beth worked in New York City at Winston Personnel, where she experienced record-breaking success in the world of search and was promoted to its management organization.

Beth graduated from Syracuse University, where she met her husband, moved to New York City and then relocated to Cheshire, Connecticut, where they raised their son. Beth is an active member in the National Association of Personnel Services, The Connecticut Association of Personnel Services serving three terms as President, and the Pinnacle Society, which is considered the Premier Consortium of Top Search professionals. Beth is a regular contributor to AccordingToDanny.com, conducting live Web-Ex meetings and on-site training for Danny Cahill’s Owner/Manager and Rookie Retreats. She has been a featured speaker at state and national conferences, including CAPS, NAPS, NEAPS, Ohio and California Staffing Associations. In addition, she has done in-house training for private clients including Haley Stuart, Sanford Rose International and the Lucas Group. In her spare time Beth is a leader in Connecticut’s Relay for Life, a fund-raising organization for Cancer Research.

Fun Fact: “If you want something accomplished give it to a busy person” is her motto. Planning trips, conferences and social functions are part of her DNA.
