Larry joined Hobson Associates as a member of the Technology Practice in 2004. He has been instrumental in building the federal practice for Hobson Associates to help better serve Hobson’s clients with their growing federal needs. Larry’s expertise lies in the recruitment of both federal and commercial software sales executives and management as well as sales engineers. Larry was awarded the 2005 Rookie of the Year award for being the top producer in his rookie class. In 2006 and 2007, Larry solidified himself as one of the top producers in the organization by finishing #2 in billings for the entire company both of those years.
