ABOUT THE POSITION:
As an Underwriting Manager, you'll helm strategic and operational initiatives, overseeing the management of the organization’s business, spearheading the development of novel products and programs, and driving program management, underwriting, marketing, and communications within the region.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent blend of educational and professional background.
- 5-10 years of commercial Property & Casualty Underwriting experience.
- Previous management/leadership experience.
- Strong organizational aptitude adept at managing concurrent projects.
- Exemplary communication skills, decisiveness, and a lead-by-example approach.
