Cutting-edge Real Estate Company is seeking an IT Data Entry Technician for a 4-month temporary assignment.


PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Perform administrative and Excel data entry tasks for multiple office and sales associates.
  • Collaborate with other IT Technicians to understand support needs.
  • Offer expertise on support services when requested by peers and clients.
  • Take responsibility for all assigned work in progress, ensuring task completion and proper communication with clients.

THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL HAS:
 
  • 2-4 years of administrative, data entry, or experience working in computer support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 2013 and above, Windows
  • Good computer skills- including advanced Microsoft Excel skills. VLOOKUPS and Pivot Table experience a must.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with technology in a business environment, including Help Desk Support, data communications/networks, and various application environments (mainframe, workgroup, desktop).
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
