As the Enterprise Corporate Underwriting VP, you'll oversee underwriting and technical initiatives across the enterprise to improve results and efficiencies, while addressing trends and opportunities. You'll lead Line of Business Leaders and the Head of Enterprise Product Support Services, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you'll manage product administration and governance, collaborating with Operating Units and other corporate departments to maintain effective partnerships and facilitate product development.

As the Enterprise Corporate Underwriting VP, you'll oversee underwriting and technical initiatives across the enterprise to improve results and efficiencies, while addressing trends and opportunities. You'll lead Line of Business Leaders and the Head of Enterprise Product Support Services, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and regulatory guidelines. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 15+ years of technical underwriting experience in P&C insurance across various lines of business and industries nationwide.
- 10+ years of effective leadership in a dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience supporting multiple business units and collaborating with functional areas such as Actuarial, Claims, and Legal
- Proficiency in product development, including coverage forms and rating plans.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting best practices and portfolio management experience guiding IT for underwriting system development.
- Skilled in conflict management and cross-functional relationship-building.
- Results-oriented leadership with excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
