Colleagues define us. We are the average of the five people we spend the most time with. So who are you five closest friends or colleagues? Surround yourself with people who are better than you and you will get better.

Recruiting is Communication. An accomplished recruiter has consistent and productive interactions with the client and the candidate. The key is to convey your thoughts to each in the appropriate way. The candide and the client are all not the same
Wide open spaces. A greenfield sales territory is a region that a salesperson is selling to where there has not been much, if any, penetration of the company’s product or service. The greenfield territory salesperson loves the opportunity to open new land where others have not tread. This means high rewards from the investments of working smart.
Don’t be THAT Salesperson. The one who made a name for him/herself by being a hunter, unafraid of cold calls and new accounts. The one who saw objections as a challenge. The one who saw the Entitled People as sad and weak and pathetic. The one who doesn’t kid him/herself about the quality of their pipeline.
