As a member of our Technology Practice, Jim specializes in placing top business development professionals and salespeople in the software and data marketing space. Jim has an extensive sales background that has given him valuable insight and understanding of the importance of connecting top sales talent with great companies. Prior to joining Hobson Associates, Jim began his sales career in automotive sales. He further honed his sales and consultative skills working in the insurance industry as well as representing a D.O.T. compliance company.
Jim attended Cornell University where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. When not at his recruiting desk, Jim is devoted to his family and coaching his local Little League team.
