As VP OF INSURANCE OPERATIONS, you will oversee the daily operations of a $40 million premium volume insurance agency that does business in eight states. The VP will also be involved in the management of the agency staff, procedures, and workflow to develop a successful agency with an eye to the future.

THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL HAS...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Active P&C insurance license
- 10+ years of leadership experience running insurance agency operations.
- Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
- Experience with metrics and streamlining processes
- Broad understanding of insurance products and services, contracts, and underwriting program structure
- Ability to lead a team that delivers results and influence cross-functionally.
