Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with a track record of scaling businesses. A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering) is required; an MBA is a plus. Expertise in operations, market trends, and alternative energy is essential. Strong skills in growth strategy, team leadership, financial analysis, and decision-making are required.
