Award-winning IT company is looking for a talented Team Lead/Technical Account Manager to join their family-oriented team. In this critical role, you’ll be the main point of contact for your assigned clients--handling anything from technical issues to their everyday business needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the IT field
- 4+years of IT work experience
- Proven experience as a IT Team Lead or IT Account Manager
- Enthusiastic, customer-service focused, team player, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented
- Proven ability to juggle multiple client needs and ability to multi-task
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience with ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, Office 365 and Advanced Support on Mac OS a plu
- MCSA/VCP/CCNA certifications a plus
