Award-winning IT company is looking for a talented Team Lead/Technical Account Manager to join their family-oriented team. In this critical role, you’ll be the main point of contact for your assigned clients--handling anything from technical issues to their everyday business needs.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the IT field
  • 4+years of IT work experience
  • Proven experience as a IT Team Lead or IT Account Manager
  • Enthusiastic, customer-service focused, team player, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple client needs and ability to multi-task
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, Office 365 and Advanced Support on Mac OS a plu
  • MCSA/VCP/CCNA certifications a plus
