As Surplus Lines Tax Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Tax Support Specialists handling tax filings across all 50 states, with your own dedicated territory. This role thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in insurance, with required experience in Excess and Surplus Lines
- Strong understanding of insurance concepts and market trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Results-driven with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Team player who values open and respectful feedback
