Senior Design Engineer

We are engaged in a high-level search, for a Sr. Design and Manufacturing Engineer.  This role involves the long-range direction of the companies technology function. Monitors and analyzes technology and trends that could improve the company's products and performance. Helps to establish technology standards and communicates technical information to the organization. Reports to Chief Technology Officer. Executes multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals.

Specifically, this position will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks

• Primary and Secondary Frozen packaging design and manufacturing.
• Sustaining Engineering; Manufacturing Engineering, Validation, and test plan development.

• Assessing market project requirements based on sales and customer input and after approval pursuing these projects
• Developing budgets, timescales, and specifications with clients and managers to meet marketing and sales goals
