Due to sustained sequential growth, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Electrical / Automation Engineer to join their expanding team.

About the Role:

As a Senior Electrical / Automation Engineer, you'll be a key player lending crucial electrical support to the production departments. Your role involves executing skilled electrical/electronic design duties, tapping into design techniques, theory, principles, computations, and technical expertise. With an array of responsibilities, including handling multiple assignments of diverse scope and complexity, you'll be at the forefront, conducting engineering reviews of electrical designs.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Brings 5+ years experience in high-volume manufacturing (medical device experience not mandatory).
  • Specializes in high-speed automated assembly across synchronous and asynchronous platforms, cam-operated equipment, pneumatics, and servo-controlled assembly.
  • Demonstrates a keen understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) principles.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
  • Exhibits in-depth experience with PLCs, servos, vision systems, equipment troubleshooting, and controls.
  • Thrives in designing and implementing machine improvements.
  • Takes charge of managing capital appropriation requests, providing recommendations for capital equipment and processes, overseeing installation, and ensuring validation.
  • Is a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
