We are helping them to hire a Bilingual Spanish Customer Success Manager. Responsibilities include managing a 10-million-dollar portfolio of enterprise accounts focusing on renewal and expansion. Work with customers to develop and execute a success plan to address needs and measure performance against established KPI's.
