Are you ready to lead, innovate, and make an impact? We’re seeking a Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize production equipment like presses, cartoning machines, tubing, wrappers, and labelers.
- Lead and train team members, driving process improvements and standardization.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure all machinery is production-ready through inspections and repairs.
- Plan and execute setups for production rooms and machinery.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing (preferably in food or supplements).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- A proactive leader ready to drive preventative maintenance and equipment readiness.
