As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will drive strategic financial planning through comprehensive forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling that shape key decisions and operational efficiency. In this role, you'll align financial strategies with core operations to enhance cost management, profitability, and performance. Responsibilities include capital investment analysis, scenario and sensitivity assessments, and close collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business, with over 5 years of FP&A experience in manufacturing or related fields. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and advanced Excel, along with familiarity with ERP/BI tools, is required. Candidates must bring strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
