Premier and cutting-edge Real Estate Company is in search of a dynamic and experienced Administrative / Marketing Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative and marketing support.

Primary Responsibilities of the Administrative / Marketing Coordinator:

As the Administrative / Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the creation and execution of the office’s print and digital marketing, local training efforts, and coordination of marketing requests for the sales associates, which includes:

  • Listing Presentations
  • Print Advertising
  • Direct Mail
  • Social Media Management
  • Email Marketing
  • Transaction Management
  • Office Communications
  • Accounts Payable
  • Productivity Support

Required skills and background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Basic understanding of accounting/banking
  • Strong computer skills- including MS Office and CRM software
  • Advanced Microsoft Publisher and Adobe InDesign skills
  • Marketing and social media skills and experience
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Previous Real Estate experience a plus
