They’re on the hunt for an exceptionally talented Professional Services Sales Specialist who will lead the sales process for their Professional Services team and manage the customer relationships from initial discussion to close of sale, manage proposal (SOW) creation, estimation, and delivery. Will also coordinate sales process in their Dynamics 365 CRM.
THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL HAS….
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
- 3 years of relevant work experience as a sales engineer and/or experience with software implementations in a SaaS/Cloud environment.
- Strong Analytical skills, ability to design and implement sales strategy as well as knowledge of D365 CRM.
- Familiarity with CPQ, ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or other Customer Experience applications.
- Familiar with MRP/ ERP systems.
- Preferred knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement, Business Central, Finance and Operations.
