• College degree or equivalent work experience in the insurance industry
• 5-7 years of commercial lines insurance experience
• Excess & Surplus experience with Construction is a must
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel as needed
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and project management tools
• Leadership and coaching skills
