In this role, you’ll lead a team of technicians, applying best engineering practices to maintain and improve production equipment. Experience with automated conveyance systems and proficiency in Word, Excel, and SAP (CAD and Lean certifications a plus) are essential. Most importantly, you’re skilled in leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
If you have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 5-7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and 3+ years in a supervisory role, let’s connect!
