ABOUT THE POSITION…
As their Product Development Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing their dynamic product team. You will act as a subject matter expert, responsible for developing and providing the best P&C Insurance Specialty Lines products to the market, along with managing their existing portfolio of insurance products.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS…
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience working in P& C Specialty Lines
- Strong focus on P &C Insurance product and underwriting.
- Great understanding of Product Management & Product Development.
- 2+ years of direct management, leadership, and mentoring experience.
- Strong project management, negotiation, influencing, legal and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the affordable housing market is a plus.
- Designations such as CPCU, AIC, AIS, etc. are a plus.
