As Product AVP, you’ll work with key stakeholders to develop and execute the company’s insurance product strategy and direct the Corporate Underwriting Department. As Product AVP, you’ll work with key stakeholders to develop and execute the company’s insurance product strategy and direct the Corporate Underwriting Department. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of product development and book performance to achieve the company's revenue and performance goals.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exposure to industry recognized product management curriculum, or demonstrated experience preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in insurance product management or in the insurance field required.
- 7+ years previous leadership and management of others experience.
- Experience managing complex, large-scale, product development projects preferred, or proven competence.
- CPCU or other insurance designations preferred.
