- Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field OR 5-7 years of directly related manufacturing engineering experience.
- 5+ years of management experience, with at least two years of experience directing professional level engineers.
- Lean Manufacturing tool knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Six Sigma training and implementation is a plus.
