Successful family-owned hydroelectric facility is seeking a hard-working and motivated PLANT OPERATOR who can perform day-to-day plant activities. Along with the ability to “wear many hats,” we are looking for someone with a broad range of skills and someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and work directly with the equipment and tooling to solve problems.
*Full on the-job training and mentoring provided for the role of Hydroelectric Power Plant Manager.

- 1+ years of experience working with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- 1+ years of generator maintenance/repair experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn and work full-time hours.
- Strong work ethic and proven ability to follow through.
