Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bankruptcy dockets and deadlines, including motions, claims, and communications.
- Draft contracts, amendments, and other legal documents for attorney review.
- Conduct legal research using online databases and resources.
- Respond to inquiries from government agencies and external parties.
- Assist with litigation management and handle legal actions such as subpoenas and court orders.
- Collaborate with various departments to protect the company’s interests.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience; bankruptcy expertise is a plus.
- Paralegal certification preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
